Hey,
First let me say I love the player, I use it literally every day - really. I appreciate what you do.
I have been a Rift user for the past 5 years and used a certain version of SkyBox with it. This past week I bought the newer Quest 2 and got SkyBox for it, it appears to be a newer version than the one I used on the Rift, I can check the version numbers if you'd like, no problem.
Here's my biggest issue - on the version I had on the Rift, yes, you could select exactly how many seconds to skip backward or forward when watching a movie and it would do what you say exactly.
On this latest version, it doesn't. It seems almost trying to find a "landmark", or I'm not sure how to call it, but instead of skipping exactly the number of seconds I decided in the settings [lets say 3], it goes to a certain point of the movie. So it's either skipping more than 3 or less than 3 just to reach that certain mark each time you go backwards.
Why does it do that? why can't it work like the previous version where it just does EXACTLY 2 or 3 or 4 seconds [whichever you put in the settings], it's very frustrating this way.
*Another problem I've had is with the Subtitles, it seems that going backwards make your subtitles disappear until you once again go backwards to make them re-appear. I never happened in the earlier version, the Subtitles will always appear no matter how much you go back or forward. In this version you need go like backwards twice just to make the subtitles appear again.
Edit:
1.0.1 [127] is the good working version I was referring to.
