Thomas Thanks for your comment, Thomas. You know, every house has a different structure and home network configuration. Some people use just the modem, others need repeaters. The best thing that worked form me was placing a powerful router upstairs and using it as a repeater or wisp mode or something (I don't know much about the difference between AP and other modes but the actual configuration sends powerful 5GHz signal to the upstairs rooms. I experimented issues placing the WD My Book Live 2TB when it was connected to the modem but it worked better together with the router. But the whole didn't convince me (for some other reasons) and I got a WD My Passport Wireless Pro 2TB. It was way better than the other. I loaded it with several movies (the Skybox cinema experience is awesome: realistic and sharp). I activated the 5GHz signal 'cause it's close to the Oculus Go. And I deactivated the Twonky/DLNA mode because I didn't want the app to show two folder containing the same thing (you know , the SMB folder and the DLNA folder). Also, the DLNA mode creates a dozen of subfolders by category which I don't like at all. As for know, I like my current setup. It's now called: SKYBOX + WD MY PASSPORT WIRELESS PRO + OCULUS GO. Should I change this subject name? Should I close this topic? (I have no idea how to do that, BTW). Thanks for every comment and suggestions I received. Greetings from Argentina.
