Sorry for the late reply.
Please follow the steps below and send us the log file at contact@skybox.xyz so we can check the issue:
- Connect your device to PC and create a file named skybox.debug under SKYBOX folder. Ignore the file format if asked.
- Restart SKYBOX on your device.
- Try to recreate the crash.
- Finish all the steps above and send the log file Android/Data/xyz.skybox.player/Files/PersistentData/OutLogs.txt to us.
