We compared the image loading time between v1.1.9 and v2.0.2 and found that it is nearly the same. However, loading speed can also be affected by the resolution of the image.
Could you let us know whether the images you're experiencing slow loading with are particularly high in resolution? If possible, please share details such as image format, resolution, or even a sample image with us so we can further investigate.
Regarding the flickering pixel band at the top of images or videos, we haven't been able to reproduce this in our tests so far. In a few cases we've noticed a thin color bar at the bottom of certain videos, but not the "crawling ants" you described. It would greatly speed up our diagnosis if you could share a specific sample video. Thank you for your cooperation.
