Hi Lucy, the Screen Mirroring feature is fantastic but i have an issue to report... usually i watch videos on skybox using airpods pro and it works perfectly... but when i watch using screen mirroring the sound is completely distorted and unrecognizable.... if im not using the airpods then it works again.. could you take a look at it? Also a good feature would be to have an option to change to a Curve Screen. Tks!

Hi, thanks for your feedback and suggestion.

We didn't reproduce the sound issue with AirPods Pro. Could you please share with us the "Info" level logs? We'd like to check the logs to further investigate the issue.

You just need to:

Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
Reproduce the issue you mentioned, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings.
Send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).

Hi there, thanks for your cooperation! We noticed some sound issues when using AirPods Pro and we will try to fix them in the future updates.

About the Curve Screen, do you mean you want to change the flat screen to a curved one when you mirror your desktop? If so, I will pass your request to our dev team.

I'm so sorry, the sound issue has not been fixed yet. I will keep you updated when the fix version is available.

Hello,

I would like to thank you because it's very fluid, I can stream my video service without stuttering. The quality is better than Bigscreen. One thing is annoying is that I don't have any reflections on the walls into the cinema rooms.

I don't know if it's normal. Can you please add lighting reflections even into the airscreen functionality ?

Hello, you can click "Cinema Scene" and set the "Reflect Lighting" to "4".

Hello Lucy, it doesn't work, I don't have reflections on the walls into the airscreen. When I'm watching a movie from my headset, I have reflections on the walls.

Hello, when mirroring your PC desktop, you won't see reflections on the walls. It will use too much resources if we add this function to screen mirroring. Thanks for your understanding.

Tbh, Ive used skybox for I think 7 years now? I keep the screen mirroring button off and if I see its turned on I turn it off again. I dont even know what its for and why I would need it. There is not good explanation anywhere either that I have seen. A lot of the other features of skybox seem intuitive and obvious but I still dont know what the use of screen mirroring is.

Again, if I turn on screen mirroring, I have no idea what it actually did cause nothing seems to change anywhere.
