Simply put, this is because the video you watch is caused by different images of the left and right eyes. When the control panel is called out, SKYBOX will let the left and right eyes display the same picture.
But why is it causing your discomfort?
The movie you watched was not shot well. The left and right cameras are not placed correctly, the FOV is wrong, the object being shot is less than the safe distance, and so on. In short, the VR left and right eye movies that are not well shot will make people feel uncomfortable.
how to solve this problem?
1. Click the Settings button (the gear icon) to zoom out.
2. Click the Settings button (the gear icon) and set it to MONO mode.
Why does SKYBOX set the left and right eyes to the same screen when the panel is called out?
Because different films have different focusing distances, and this information is two-dimensionally simulated parallax stereo vision, not real 3D space.
