Apologies for the inconvenience.
Please check the firewall settings. Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy, and click Firewall. If the lock at the bottom left is locked, click it to unlock the preference pane. Then select "Firewall Options...".
Find SKYBOX and select "Allow incoming connections". (You can also turn off firewall to see if it helps.)
Besides, please turn off VPN or antivirus software when you use AirScreen.
