If SKYBOX Mac Client doesn't show up on your screen, please kindly force quit and reopen it to troubleshoot. Sometimes you may need to quit and reopen it for several times.
Now, we are working on a new version, which should fix this problem for Mac users. The new version will be released in November, however, I cannot give you the exact date as there is still a lot of work to do. Your patience is much appreciated!
During this time, we recommend you watching videos via SMB or DLNA if you have trouble opening AirScreen.
