The window is invisible and only the icon shows up in the launch bar.
Tried installing and uninstalling.
Few of the times when i open it for first time after a fresh installation it works later it stops.
Also i saw ur instructions to send log file however i am not able to follow the steps.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest

If SKYBOX Mac Client doesn't show up on your screen, please kindly force quit and reopen it to troubleshoot. Sometimes you may need to quit and reopen it for several times.
Now, we are working on a new version, which should fix this problem for Mac users. The new version will be released in November, however, I cannot give you the exact date as there is still a lot of work to do. Your patience is much appreciated!
During this time, we recommend you watching videos via SMB or DLNA if you have trouble opening AirScreen.

Same here, with Monterey on Apple M1 client is not working at all anymore.

It may due to the incompatibility issues. To solve this issue ASAP, we are going to roll out a beta version of SKYBOX Mac Client this week. However, this version will only include the basic streaming functions of AirScreen. And the new features will be added to the next update.

SKYBOX Mac client 1.0.0 (beta-1) is now available! This version resolves the compatibility issues with MacOS Monterey.
If you had trouble launching SKYBOX Mac client or uploading files into it, please kindly try this beta version (click here to download) and see if it fixes your problems.
Note: this beta version is not perfect. If you encounter any crashes or bugs, please try clearing all files on SKYBOX Mac client and restarting the client to see if it helps.
