Hi All, Just downloaded the update 1.0.3 for Quest 2 and now I can't open the app at all. Screen flickers once and reloads the oculus home page.. I've uninstalled/reinstalled a few times but exactly same issue..... Any ideas

What is your Oculus firmware version please? We have tested the version for about one month and with over 200 users but none of them reported the same as you.
In the new version, in order to support the 90Hz, we update the Oculus SDK to the latest one.

Yum Updated the divice version from 23 to 28, and the app works.
Same here, oculus quest 2. Trying to start app and take me back to the homescreen (tried several times, restarting, reinstalling... nothing works). Oculus quest version is up to date.

Hi there, please update your firmware to the latest v28 and the issue would be fixed. In the new version we support the 90Hz refresh rate and use the latest Oculus SDK, which requires the device to use the latest firmware too.
Quest 2, firmware v23, after upgrade to version 1.0.3, unable to start app.
Same here. Quest 2, version 1.0.3 crash upon launch
Didnt realise my auto updates were off. Fixed the issue by updating latest Quest software. All working again now!
I did a factory reset and it's working now.
