maybe you should turn off the firewall in both windows and anti-virus software

Hi, if you can't connect to your PC in AirScreen channel, please check the firewall settings.
Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall > Allowed apps, find SKYBOX and tick both Private and Public. What's more, please turn off VPN and see if it helps.

Maybe you should rework your shitty shoftware or rename to shitbox. I completely turned off ALL security systems (thats crazy to begin with!) and still NOTHING.... regret I paid for this garbage

Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

Are you using SKYBOX PC Client(AirScreen) v1.1.6-349?

You can go to SKYBOX's "Network" channel, and see if you can find a folder named as "XX's AirScreen". If you can find it, you can directly click this folder to access the files you added to AirScreen(SKYBOX PC Client).
