How can I put Video File Browser above when lying down?

I am not sure if this is a bug but I cannot reposition The Main Menu to Above me when I am lying down.
I purchased this to watch movies in bed like I can with Amazon Prime but every time I start from Oculus Home I need to sit back up for the entire time I am browsing to find the video I planned to watch. Kind of annoying and a killer on the back haha.
Am I missing some setting to enable this. I assumed with Void I could reposition all menus but I dread having to go to Main Menu just because I cant figure out how to put that one screen on the ceiling.

Hi friends,

You definitely CAN browse video files while lying down.

First, make sure you are playing a video in Void/ Moon/ Space Station scene. Hold on the screen to drag it to the desired position while you're lying down.

Then if you call out the control panel and tap "Video List" , you can open the main menu and browse the videos while lying down.

You can also make the screen follow your head's position and orientation. Just simply press A/X/Trigger button to call out the control panel > tap Advanced Setting > Screen Adjust > Lock Screen, then your screen will track your head position and orientation.
