I usually never ask for support but I have tried everything there is in the book.
I have installed Skybox in the pc client and downloaded the app, put some content in the client and it's all good.
The problem arrives when I try to connect through airscreen with my phone.
It either loads, finds my computer and as it connects it times out, or my computer simply doesn't show up at all (this is the current state).
I have tried enabling firewall permissions as listed in the support section here, checked that my antivirus (Bitdefender) isn't blocking it through its firewall. I have tried disconnecting my router and connecting it back, etc.
At this point, I'm frustrated and don't know what to do, so I'm resorting for help here.
Maybe it's a router issue? Or a program issue?
