360 mp4 video won’t play on Skybox viewer vr on windows 64 is this a settings issue?

    Not sure what you mean.
    Are you referring to play 360 videos using PC Client "Preview" mode?
    If so, then PC Client does not support tilting screen when watching 180/360 videos.
