  • 0.2.3 Sound Problem for Oculus-Go! Big Problem!

Hi Dev team!

I'm back. Long time no see!

Currently you updated 0.2.3(234?) for Oculus-Go. But, it has a big problem in sound.
Sound is not consistent. It sometimes loud and noisy and... anyway it is very bad sound.

So, I uninstalled 0.2.3 and reinstalled 0.2.2(196).apk.
Finally I heard really good sound.
As you know 0.2.2(196) for oculus-go got the very good reputation from Oculus-Go users.

But, 0.2.3 has big problem in sound, I think many users will complain about it.
I hope sound problem will be fixed ASAP.

        I mean all of my videos's sound is very differnt from 0.2.2(196).

        In 0.2.2(196) all the video files played with clear and healthy sound.
        0.2.3 sounds like very bad quality.

            I just sent a sample video files bia e-mail.

            As I said, all the video files sounds terrible.
            Sound Volumes up and down automatically.
            I think it is very related to spatial-sound-effect.

            Plz fix it ASAP.

              Hi there,

              We tested the video clips but did not find the sound problem.
              Please notice that when you move your head, the sound would be different in left and right channels because of spatial audio.
              If you still experience the sound issue on the video clips that you sent to us, please tell us exactly where (i.e. which second) the problem kicks in.
