zsdeadbaby jco After checked the log file, our engineer said the most likely reason is that your graphics card's driver is not compatible, it's hard to solve in a short time. You can try to update the driver to see could it works. If it couldn't, I think there is no better solution for now. But we will keep digging until we can solve it.
