Actually there is not a universal solution to this because we need to analyse the issue case by case.
The trigger to the crash can be very different.
Please follow the steps below and send us the log file to email@example.com so we can check the issue:
1. Connect your device to PC and create a file named skybox.debug under SKYBOX folder. Ignore the file format if asked.
2. Restart SKYBOX on your device.
3. Try to recreate the crash.
4. Finish all the steps above and send the log file Android/Data/xyz.skybox.player/Files/PersistentData/OutLogs.txt to us.
We have also developed v0.2.2 which is opening for beta testing now.
