Please follow the steps below and send us the log file to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check the issue:
1. Connect your device to PC and create a file named skybox.debug under SKYBOX folder. Ignore the file format if asked.
2. Restart SKYBOX on your device.
3. Try to recreate the crash.
4. Finish all the steps above and send the log file /SKYBOX/SKYBOX_debug_log.txt and Android/Data/xyz.skybox.player/Files/PersistentData/OutLogs.txt to us.
