Hi thank you for the feedback.
1.
Please tell us what version you are using on GO.
Fast click on CHANNELS for five times then the version number will show in red, fast click CHANNELS again to make it disappear.
If you are using v0.1.9, please check if you have enabled SMB1.0/CIFS on your Windows 10.
2.
First please check the right corner of your taskbar if there is the "SKYBOX" icon in the "Hide".
Click on it and you should be able to call up SKYBOX user interface.
Secondly if SKYBOX does not respond, call up task manager and force quit SKYBOX. Then reboot SKYBOX and check if you can use it.
