Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We will fix this issue for you as soon as possible. To use it normally, you can temporarily roll back to a previous version:
On your Quest 2 or Quest 3, go to Quest Settings > Privacy & safety > Installed app > find SKYBOX VR Video Player > click Release Channels > select and old version and install the update.
