About the first issue, we will fix it in a future update.
About the second issue, we've reproduced it and we will further investigate it. It seems during loop playback, SKYBOX treats the video as a new one and resets the aspect ratio or Full SBS Matching to default.
You can try adding the keyword "Full_SBS" or "fullsbs" in the filename or folder name. SKYBOX will automatically turn on "Full SBS Matching" if it detects "Full_SBS" or "fullsbs" in the file name or folder name.
