Is your webdav server located on a local area network or a public network?

If your server is on a public network, you can access it directly through SKYBOX player. If the server is on a local area network, you need to set up NAT traversal/port forwarding yourself. Only when the server itself is publicly accessible can you use SKYBOX to access it over the public network.

What's more, if you want to access your Emby server remotely, you also need to set up NAT traversal/port forwarding yourself to ensure the server itself can be accessed over the public network.

About the buffering issue over AirScreen, we'd appreciate if you could share the logs so we can further investigate the issue.

Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
Reproduce the issue you mentioned, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings.
Send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).

You can also try rolling back to the LIVE version by following the steps below.

Go to Meta Quest store, login your Meta account, and find the detailed page of SKYBOX VR Video Player.
Scroll down the page, click the dropdown menu next to "Version" and select "LIVE: 1.1.9".
Update the SKYBOX app on your Quest device.

the pink screen occured only when using Air Screen; I don't recolleect exactly which video's were at stake, but they were certainly encoded in AVC, standard code for Blu Ray; it happened three times

That's too bad as I was gonna buy 3 more copies when I read about the upcoming multiplayer.

I currently have 3 Rift-s and 1 Quest.

We really love having guests and watching movies together.

Loving the 2.0 release so far, thanks for pushing through these updates, really cool.
I've experimented with the rooms mode and have a few questions/feedback.

Would be nice if you could search by friends name when adding "friends" but the IDs are not that hard to use
We both had the same local file in the same directory and that worked well, but we often lost sync. Would be nice to have a "sync" button or when paused it tries to recalibrate.
Would love if the ray cast from the controller was visible to all users not just yourself. So you can point and direct peoples attention (could be a global on/off option so it's not annoying in a public room).

I have a dolby vision video file with the following format

ID                             : 1
Format                         : HEVC
Format/Info                    : High Efficiency Video Coding
Format profile                 : Main 10@L5@Main
HDR format                     : Dolby Vision, Version 1.0, Profile 5, dvhe.05.06, BL+RPU
Codec ID                       : V_MPEGH/ISO/HEVC

And it's not playing properly through skybox 2.0 on quest 3. I had similar issues with other video player apps on iOS as well, and only found Infuse Pro to have fixed the problem

Is there specific format of dolby vision that can't be supported, or could this be fixed in future update?

Is the Dolby Vision video in MKV or MP4 format?

We have recently fixed an issue where Dolby Vision videos in MKV format failed to display properly, but the fix version hasn't been released yet.

If you're experiencing playback issues with a specific video, we'd appreciate it if you could share the video file with us(contact@skybox.xyz) for debugging purposes.

I have 2.0.0 Preview installed. However, when I try to search files it says "you need to install Airscreen 1.1.10 or newer to use this function." When I check my global settings it says 2.0.0. Could you let me know what I'm doing wrong? Being able to search files and delete files on my PC from within the Quest would be a game changer.

很高兴看到skybox有继续更新，尤其是更加重视类似jellyfin这种视频管理软件的支持，因为skybox拥有强大的VR及电影播放体验，但是jellyfin有更加清晰的视频管理方案，我认为这对用户是件好事
但是我在2.0中遇到了一些问题，希望可以提供作为参考
1、先前反馈的投屏失效此版本依旧存在，在jellyfin中无论是通过DLNA还是airplay都是黑屏
2、jellyfin此类软件有分卷功能，例如CD1,CD2目前版本只能访问CD1这是不完整的
3、通过SKYBOX访问jellyfin的视频排序逻辑混乱，我是以添加新旧来排序，但是实际显示并不是这个回事
希望后续版本可以优化，谢谢持续更新
