We still think the issue may have something to do with the particular video file or subtitle file. We downloaded a Moana 3D Blu-ray movie from the Internet, but we didn't recreate the stretched subtitle or the subtitle being placed in the wrong position.
About the aspect ratio issue, it is hard to tell the difference from the screenshots. So it would help us locate the issue more quickly if you can share with us a movie clip and the particular subtitle file for testing. Thank you very much!
