  • Full SBS 3D movie is not working with Apple Vision Pro

It is working with Meta Quest pro and 3.
But left eye screen is shown right side and right eye screen is shown left side with Vision Pro.
Please fix it.

      Hello, thanks for your feedback.

      We tested but didn't reproduce the same issue. Please click "Advanced Settings" to check whether you turn on the "L-R Swap" option. If you enable this option, the left and right eye images will swap positions.


      If you still have the issue with the option "L-R Swap" off, we hope you could share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) a particular video for testing. Thank you.

          Lucy It is off by default. I tried on and it just change left and right eye screen position. The final screen looks like half width resolution side by side image for two eyes combined.

              Lucy It's too large to attach movie file. All 3840x1080 full sbs movies do not work.

                  Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

                  It seems that the left eye screen is all black and only the right eye screen displays the image. We reproduced a similar bug, you can see the screenshot and see if it is the same as the one you encountered.

                  In addition, please double check whether you have turned on Full SBS Matching when watching this Full SBS video. And in Stereo Mode, please make sure you choose "3D SBS".

                      It is similar but left eye screen is shown right side and right eye screen is shown left side. (not just black) With two eyes combined, it looks like capture you attached. (like sbs image). 3d mode is set 3d sbs properly. I checked with or wihout full sbs matching and it just change aspect ratio. The screenshot that I sent is with full sbs matching.

                                    Lucy I didn't know there's test flight version. I joined it and tested it.

                                    1. Issue is fixed.
                                    2. Still, aspect ratio is not working properly.
                                      I should disable full sbs matching or select 16:9 for normal.
                                    3. Subtitle position is wrong.
                                    4. UI transition is wierd with starting movie.
                                      passthrough screen is shown during short amount of time.

                                    There are issues remained. But FSBS movie graphic quality is supreme with vision pro.

                                        Thank you for your reply.

                                        We noticed that some image-based subtitles may be not centered. If possible, please share with us a subtitle file. In this way, we can test and see if they are caused by the same issue.

                                        About the UI transition issue, it is a known bug and we will try fixing it in the future updates.

                                        Regarding the aspect ratio issue, do you mean SKYBOX can't automatically detect the correct aspect ratio of your SBS files? Could you please share with us one file for testing? Thank you very much!

                                            2. It is pgs subtitle extracted from 3D BD as you mentioned.

                                                About the aspect ratio, please check whether you add the keyword "Full_SBS" or "fullsbs" in the file name or folder name. If you add the keyword, SKYBOX will automatically turn on "Full SBS Matching" when you open the file. If you do not add it, SKYBOX should not turn on "Full SBS Matching" by default.

                                                About the subtitle issue, we will investigate and try to fix it in the future updates. Your patience is much appreciated!
