App crashes frequently in Quest 3

For the last couple of months, the app has been crashing when I tried to connect to my NAS through Network. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to load files. I have four other VR Video Player apps and those apps are working fine without any issue. They can connect to SMBs in no time. I think it needs an update for Oculus Quest 3. I have all the updated software.

Could you please share with us the "Info" level logs? We'd like to check the logs to further investigate the issue.

You just need to:

Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
Reproduce the issue you mentioned, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings.
Send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
