Is there a maximum size for USB-C flash drive support on Skybox Quest 3?

I plugged in a Samsung USb-C 512GB flash drive and it doesn't seem to work.

Do you mean SKYBOX can't detect your USB-C or SKYBOX can't play the files on your USB-C?

To further investigate the issue, we hope you can share with us the "Info" level logs. You just need to:

Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
Reproduce the issue you mentioned, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings.
Send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).

just tested a 64 GB microsd - works fine. Had that plugged into a Transcend USB-A flash reader, plugged into a USB-A to C adapter. VR and 2-D videos worked fine.

I guess next test is 256 GB. Maybe I get the smaller 256GB Samsung USB-C, so I don't have to use an adapter.

Regardless, 512GB flash looks like a no go. I do have a multi-terabyte Samsung SSD...I'll try that.

Skybox works smoothly with my 2TB Sandisk Extreme Portable SSD via USB, but if I try my 4TB version, it buffers.

Skybox asks if want to recognize USB-C drive then pops up an error message:

USB Error: {0}, ErrorCode: HTTPERROR

I'll try to get a log sent next week. I use the Q3 off-line, not on Wi-fi...but can get it on wi-fi next week.

When I insert the other one (Flash card reader w/ 64GB microsd installed) - instead of saying access USB-C, it says do you want to access TRANSCEND.
