Hello,
We added back the "AirScreen" function in the new update. You can have a look at this post.
If you still have AirScreen-related issues, please do a factory reset and see if it works.
On SKYBOX Quest version:
Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", and then click the "Reset" button to do a factory reset.
On SKYBOX PC Client:
Click the "Settings" icon, and then click the "Factory Reset" button.
If the problems still remain, we hope you can share with us your logs. After knowing what happened, we will help you solve the issues as soon as possible.
Logs on SKYBOX Quest version:
- Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
- Reproduce the issue you mentioned, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings.
- Send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
Logs on SKYBOX PC Client:
Click the "Settings" icon, and then click "Report Issue" button to submit logs with "upload logs" ticked.
