AVP movie volume too low

Hi all

My SkyBox is latest version , and have been try to play many movie files from my HD via home network , the volume of the movie is way too low , most of them
are ATMOS, dolby 5.1 etc , i can only make the volume
higher by changing the track of certain movie file to 2 channels format , but not all my movies have that options , only those old movie have that 2 channels option , BUT when i play the same
file by Moonplayer ( even atmos and 5.1 track ) the sound level is much much louder than SkyBox , is there any way i can change the setup inside SkyBox ? i love the cinema mode of skybox so much , but the volume level really annoying me , i m using airpods pro 2 , lightning version , is that your team also aware of this low volume issue btw ?

I just found the root cause of my "issue"

turn out that the volume of my movie is not just controlled by the VOLUME BAR inside the app OR bluetooth volume controller , BUT the AVP environment volume instead , if my environment volume is low , the movie volume is no way turn loud as it was already limited by the "environment" volume control .

I hope that it can be fixed in later version , i m using beta 5 VOS 2 , cuz it seems to me that the movie volume should not be affected or related to the environment volume , they should be separated

You are right. The movie volume is affected by the environment volume and the in-app volume control.

Besides, multi-channel audio is not fully supported so there might be some problems with the audio decoding of ATMOS and dolby 5.1. We will further test and continue to optimize the audio support in the future.
