Could you please tell us which version you're using? You can click SETTINGS to check the version number.
Also, we hope you can share with us the "logs" folder in C:\Users\your usernamer\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs. Logs will help us further investigate the issue.
To find the "SKYBOX" folder:
- Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
- Type "%AppData%" into the address bar and hit enter.
- Navigate to the "Roaming" folder.
- Click the "SKYBOX" folder, zip and send us(contact@skybox.xyz) the "logs" folder.
