I don't own controllers for my Meta Quest 2, I use hand motion to control it. While I was in the settings menu of the Skybox app on my headset, I accidentally turned off the hand motion function. Now I can't do anything at all in the app - and there's no way for me to turn the hand motion setting back on without controllers.
If I use the Meta Quest app on my phone to exit Skybox and then open it up again, I'm still just stuck at the main Skybox screen basically frozen because hand motion still isn't on. Is there any way for me to somehow reset Skybox without controllers so that the hand motion setting is on again? I thought about deleting the app and then re-downloading - however I'm also not sure how to delete an app without the controllers. If anyone knows how to do that, it would be helpful as well. Thanks!
