About the loading and buffering issues, could you please share with us the "Info" level logs?
You just need to click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", reproduce the YouTube playback issues, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box). Thanks!
Regarding the PC version, please open Oculus PC App, find SKYBOX VR Video Player, scroll down the page, click the dropdown menu next to "Version", then you can select "1.1.2: 1.1.2(1367)" and install the update to roll back to the old version.
