Hello, to keep it short these are the versions that worked before;

Meta Quest 3 update V62 / Skybox 1.1.6
Meta Quest 3 Update V63 / Skybox 1.1.6 + 1.1.7

And these are the versions that don't work anymore;

Meta Quest 3 Update V64 / Skybox 1.1.6 + 1.1.7 + 1.1.8 (All variations both Live and Beta)

What doesn't work?
• Youtube video playback error message "Cannot load video" or similar
• Youtube videos that work have a buffer speed of 0.07 - 0.12 (I have 1GB Internet Speed)
• Youtube videos with resolution quality below 4320p (8K) are the only ones that seem to load at least

What I tried:
• Rolling back to all previous versions going back as far as 1.1.4
• Clearing Cache
• Resetting Skybox
• Uninstalling / Reinstalling Skybox

Other issue:
Meta Quest Link on PC only has 1.1.6 as a downloadable version.... why?

    Apologies for the delayed response!

    About the loading and buffering issues, could you please share with us the "Info" level logs?

    You just need to click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", reproduce the YouTube playback issues, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box). Thanks!

    Regarding the PC version, please open Oculus PC App, find SKYBOX VR Video Player, scroll down the page, click the dropdown menu next to "Version", then you can select "1.1.2: 1.1.2(1367)" and install the update to roll back to the old version.

        I have the same problem. Meta Quest 3 latest firmware. The newest Skybox from the Meta store. 1Gb Internet and Quest 3 goggles show this speed. YouTube VR plays all 4k+ videos without buffering. Skybox YouTube shows even on 1080p video playback error message "Cannot load video" or videos that work have a buffer speed of 0.07 - 0.12 which makes the videos stops and choppy. On other streaming apps, everything works smoothly.

                We fixed the YouTube buffering issue in v1.1.8(2654). You can switch to v1.1.8 channel and have a try.

                On Quest store, login your Meta account, find SKYBOX VR Player, scroll down the page, then you will find "Version", please click the dropdown menu to select "v1.1.8 Release: 1.1.8".

                On your Quest, find SKYBOX VR Player in your App Library, click the three dots on the upper-right corner of SKYBOX. Then you will find the Update button. Just click it and wait for the installation.
