Could you please share with us the "Info" level logs? We'd like to check the logs to further investigate the two issues.
You just need to click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", play some videos to reproduce the issues, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
It would be better if you could share with us one 180 SBS VR video for testing. Thanks!
