Quest 3 USB video issues

I have gone through several adapters until I finally found one that allows me to play videos off micro SD via USB -C on Quest 3. Now every time I play a SBS 180 Vr video it will not play with proper settings. I just get audio and a black screen. When I go to fisheye 180 the video comes on but obviously the video is all squished. If I switch back to 180 SBS VR the screen goes black again. Essentially I can play the videos but not with the proper screen settings.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

Could you please share with us the "Info" level logs? We'd like to check the logs to further investigate the two issues.

You just need to click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", play some videos to reproduce the issues, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).

It would be better if you could share with us one 180 SBS VR video for testing. Thanks!
