It feels like the character has been stretched horizontally, the proportions are wrong, and the picture distortion is serious.And every time I enter the software for the first time, it will crash. Sometimes the VR video will only have sound but no video.

We noticed that the picture seems like being stretched horizontally and we will further investigate it.

About the crashing issue, could you please send us the in-app feedback and upload logs? Logs will help us dig into the crash and fix it. There is a feedback icon next to "Settings", you can click it to send logs.

Regarding some videos only have sound, we'd much appreciated it if you could send us one video for testing. Thank you!

It's great to see Skybox finally make its appearance on Apple Vision Pro. A bit disappointed that the #1 feature (theater environments) is not available yet, but it's great to see it nonetheless.
Is there a beta roadmap for this platform like you can see on the Trello page for the others (Meta Quest, etc)?

This problem is very serious and cannot be watched. In addition, the software will crash when viewing 360 panoramic photos.

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience caused. SKYBOX can't play large pictures now. We will try to optimize the image support in the next few updates.
