WOO
Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience. We're not quite sure whether it is a compatibility issue with MacBook Pro M3. If possible, we hope you can send us the "logs" folder in /Users/your username/Library/Application Support/SKYBOX/logs.
To find the "SKYBOX" folder on your Mac, please:
1.Open Finder.
2.Click "Go" on the menu bar, and select "Go to Folder…".
3.Type "~/Library/Application Support/SKYBOX" and click Go.
4.Zip the"logs" folder and send it to us.
As a temporary workaround, you can install the previous versions.
SKYBOX Mac Client v0.2.4: https://we.tl/t-KTTdn5cuOG
SKYBOX Mac Client v1.0.0: https://we.tl/t-cHyowwRsKx
If AirScreen doesn't work well for you, we also recommend you turning on SMB file sharing on your Mac and access your Mac via SMB protocol.
Please check this article to turn on SMB File Sharing on your Mac first.

Then, when you go to SKYBOX's Network channel, you need to input your SMB account username and password(or Mac user account credentials). Generally speaking, it is the credentials that you use to start your Mac.
Best regards,
Lucy
