Hi,
I was using DeoVR, but after several serious bugs kept cropping up, I decided to buy Skybox on my Quest 2. I must say, in most aspects, it’s vastly superior. Just being able to open VR180 vids and have them automatically display correctly 99% of the time is really great.
However, for me there is a huge issue. I have arthritis. I can’t use the controls. Most VR apps will have A pause the video, B exit, trigger bring up the control window, and grasp to move the video around. That setup works great for me. But with the way you’ve put things, having A and trigger identical, doing multiple things, and grasp not doing anything, is really odd, and not being able to change that is a huge accessibility issue.
With my arthritis, I can’t use the double press to pause/play, or the short press to bring up controls. No matter what I do, it always moves the video around. It takes me about 10 tries before I can bring up the controls, by which time I’m very frustrated and then I’ll have to re-centre the video because it will be way off.

Please please please, change this. If you don’t want to create an entire custom remapping menu, at least offer a choice between your current one button setup and a more handicapped friendly standard layout.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We will optimize the controller setup and consider custom controller mapping. I'll keep you noticed when there's any progress on this feature.
