Could you please share with us the "Info" level logs? We'd like to check the logs to see what went wrong.
Please change to use SMB 2 or SMB 3, then open SKYBOX on your Quest, click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", reproduce the Network Error D003, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
After knowing what happened, we will help you handle it properly.
