I'm having an issue with the v1.1.7 update. When I open the app, I can no longer control it at all, not with controllers, hands, anything. I have tried deleting the app cache and uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times, nothing changes, I just can't control the app at all anymore.
Everything worked fine before the v1.1.7 update.
I'm on the latest v60 firmware on the Quest 3.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

If possible, we hope you can share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the "files" folder in Quest3\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files.

The "files" folder may record some info that help us see what went wrong. When you connect your Quest 3 to your PC through a cable, then the "Quest 3" folder will appear on your PC.

In addition, you can follow the steps to roll back to previous versions temporarily.

On Quest store, login your Meta account, find SKYBOX VR Video Player, scroll down the page, then you will find "Version", please click the dropdown menu to select "v1.1.6 Release: 1.1.6".

On your Quest, find SKYBOX VR Player in your App Library, click the three dots on the upper-right corner of SKYBOX. Then you will find the Update button. Just click it and wait for the installation.

    Sorry again for the inconvenience.

We released a new beta version v1.1.7(2521). This version fixed the controller issue.

You can switch to the "v1.1.7: Release: 1.1.7" channel and see if the issue was resolved.

After the update, you can click SKYBOX's Global Settings, turn on "Show Stats" to check the version number.
