and i noticed that you don't have very many rooms, i.e. cinemas, to choose from...
comparable apps like -Bigscreen- offer much more choice...
will you expand this further ???

The one thing stopping me buying is lack of social aspect and being able to watch movies with friends like in bigscreen. I have tried skybox on my partners headset and its impressive but no fun without friends

We really need full plex support with the watch together option. I have many friends who are not interested in VR games, but who are ready to buy quest 3 to watch some videos together.

Which is the latest version featuring USB fixes? I have version 1.1.7 (2568) installed. My drive is ExFAT. I get many folders that don't show any files and look empty, even though I know there is at least 7 or 8 videos in that folder and many videos refuse to play with "can not play video" error.

Obviously, when I say the folder is missing videos, the videos are correctly visible and playable when connected to either my Windows PC or my Macbook.

Also, saying "change to NTFS" is not really a solution. You can't really change partition type without destroying data and I do not have a spare 8TB hard drive to backup/copy stuff over.

Does the 1.1.8 beta have more USB fixes / optimization ?

I'm so sorry, this beta version did not optimize the USB support. About the files not showing up and unplayable, did you send us the "Info" level logs before?

Lucy no not yet, I've enabled the Info level logs, Do I then just use the bug report thing in the app to send you the logs or do I need to download them somehow?

Hi, you just need to click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", reproduce the issues, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box). Thanks!

I reported the bug, I got a reply saying they'll look at a fix. I got an NTFS drive, same stupid problem.
For what ever reason, clearly USB support for any format is broken and not working properly.

For what it's worth, 4XVR works perfectly with the same drive, so it's definately Skybox that has the bugs.

(Yes I've also reported the bug with logs for my NTFS drive attempts too)

Hello, do you mean the video keeps buffering when you play it from exFAT USB? There are still some problems with the exFAT support, we will try to optimize it in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience caused!

Lucy Yes, you are right, but I will correct you a little. Low quality videos play normally. The problem is the very low buffering speed.
