Hello again,
I had problems with the new version, because i had uninstall and install again with another acconunt. i have paid a new susbcirpcion (9,99 €), and the system has reinstall the 1.1.6 version again. I have tried update to the 1.1.7 version by clicking in the banner of the release V 1.1.7, but unfontunately, the version is the same.
If now I uninstall the app, ¿would i lost the payment?
¿Could you publish the complete procedure for update from version 1.1.6 to 1.1.7?

Hi there,
SKYBOX is linked with your Facebook/Meta account. If you didn't change your Meta account, you should be able to find the app in your App Library. If you changed your account, you may be asked to purchase it again.
To change to beta channel and test beta v1.1.7, you can follow the steps below.
On Quest store, login your Meta account, find SKYBOX VR Player, scroll down the page, then you will find "Version", please click the dropdown menu to select "v1.1.7 Release: 1.1.7".
On your Quest, find SKYBOX VR Player in your App Library, click the three dots on the upper-right corner of SKYBOX. Then you will find the Update button. Just click it and wait for the installation.
After the update, you can click SKYBOX's Global Settings, turn on "Show Stats" to check the version number.
Note: if you have additional account on your Quest device, please make sure both admin account and secondary account install the same version.
Just updated to v.1.1.7.
Looks great so far. No show stopping bugs found yet. Loving the IMAX environment.
USB seems to be working. Tried it with a 32GB USB 3 flash drive and a 32GB class 10 microSD card via a USB 3.0 card reader. No problems, drive and card recognized and able to play video files off the USB devices.
Good Work!

Ok, perhaps spoke to soon. Seems to have network issues (SMB) on my Quest 2. I'll open a folder on my PC, watch a video. When I exit the video instead of getting the directory listing I get the spinning "ouroboros" and nothing else until I quit Skybox. Might be a caching issue. Seems like your engineers have been working on this between releases. A few releases back it would be slow to populate the listing.
V1.1.6 seems to work well although it caches a little to aggressively and I'll see shared folders that are not connected. Also I usually get a "Network error: D001" (not sure on the number of zeroes) when I exit a video I have been playing for more than 5-10 seconds. The error doesn't seem to affect anything as I can continue without interruption (aside from clearing the error message).
I went back to v1.1.6 and there were not network problems except the D001 error. Maybe I'll put 1.1.7 back on and send a log file.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback.
We just released the final version 1.1.7 to all Quest users. If you have any SMB issues in v1.1.7, we hope you can send us the Info level logs.
You just need to click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", reproduce the issue, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box). Thank you.
Lucy
I sent a log with info level set. It was from the live/release version.
Problem is not confined to Network folders as it did it when just browsing local files to my Quest 2.
It may be due to having over 1,000 video files on the headset. Other players hesitate for a few moments when I open one of the folders with many files in it.

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing with us the log!
The log did not appear to be of "Info" level, so it didn't record much information as we expected.
Please click SKYBOX's Global Settings > click the "Reset" button to do a factory reset, and see if it works. Let us know if the problem still remains.
What is ETA for new BETA? End of march?
