Could you please share with us the Info level logs? We'd like to check the logs to see what went wrong.
On your Quest, you just need to click SKYBOX's Global Settings, change the Logging Levels to "Info", reproduce the issue, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings, and send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).
Besides, can you find your PC's AirScreen folder in Network channel?
