Do you run the app with administrator privileges?
We released a new patch about 2 hours ago. The new patch should fix "unable to open the app with admin privileges". To add files, please click the Open button to add folders/files.
If the problem still remains, we hope you can share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the "logs" folder in C:\Users\your usernamer\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs.
To find the "SKYBOX" folder:
- Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
- Type "%AppData%" into the address bar and hit enter.
- Navigate to the "Roaming" folder.
- Click the "SKYBOX" folder, zip and send us the "logs" folder.
