Are you using SKYBOX Windows Client v1.1.5? You can click SETTINGS to check the version number.
To further look into the problem, we hope you can send us(contact@skybox.xyz) the "logs" folder in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs.
To find the "SKYBOX/logs" folder:
- Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
- Type "%AppData%" into the address bar and hit enter.
- Navigate to the "Roaming" folder.
- Click the "SKYBOX" folder, zip and send us the "logs" folder.
After checking the logs and knowing what went wrong, we'll help you fix it as soon as possible.
