SKYBOX 1.1.5 mac client missing features that existed in 0.2.4

thumbnails are not working. no longer see an option to CLEAR CACHE in settings.

when folder mode is OFF, there is no way to REMOVE or SELECT TO REMOVE.

option to REMOVE INVALID FILES is missing. please add this feature back. REFRESH does not remove invalid files.

missing option to sort by when files were added to the skybox media server.

I'm sorry that we changed the file/folder management strategy. If you added a folder to the Client, you can only delete the whole folder instead of an individual file. However, if you drag an individual file to the Client, you'll be able to delete the specific file after viewing.

If you delete the file from your computer, the file will be cleared in SKYBOX as well.

REFRESH does not remove invalid files

Could you please send us a video recording of the issue? It seems like a bug.

Lucy i downgraded back to v0.2.4 mac app, so i can't provide screenshots or video, but I'll try to provide more details from memory.

the thumbnails were missing in the mac app v1.1.5. but the thumbnails did appear fine in the airscreen section of quest app v1.1.5. these are standard mp4 files and the thumbnails appear fine in skybox mac app v0.2.4.

if i deleted the file from my mac and clicked REFRESH in the airscreen section, it did not remove the files. but if i double-clicked it in the skybox mac app, it said the file does not exist. so i had to manually REMOVE the file.

Hello, does your Mac use Intel chip? If your Mac uses Intel chip, you may have the thumbnail issue.

Besides, SKYBOX will not automatically delete the invalid files/folders in the root directory of SKYBOX Mac Client. You need manually right-click the file/folder to remove it. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
