I would like to see more options for controling videos without controllers. I know there have been huge imrpovements in recent versions. But there are still issues that make it annoying for me. Like watching video playlists when I lock the hands so onscreen controls don't pop up, you can hold your hand up to fast forward through the video but there are no options to quickly move to the next video in a folder or playlist. It would be nice to be able to swipe right or left to move to the next video or have a control on one of the hands to skip to the next video rather than move through the current video. Right now both hands only move through the same video.
Also it would be nice if we could have smaller video scaling on passthrough. Even at .5 scale the screen is massive in my room. Which is cool, but I would love to be able to fit a window to a wall so it looks more like a screen on the wall rather than just a floating screen in the center of a room. Not sure how possible this is. But as the Q3 comes out and passthrough gets used more I'm sure more people will want to lock screens to walls to act like tvs as they walk around.
Also when locking videos to a position if that would lock all videos being played and not switch whenever a new video starts in passhtrough would be awesome. Right now in passthrough I have to keep the screen unlocked and just following my head tracking or every episode I will have to move the screen to the position I want.

(I am on Q1 still, so maybe some of these have been resolved since it's not being updated as of recently. But as I have a Q3 on order I thought I would mention them as hopeful improvements since passthrough will be much better.)
