All of the videos I am working with are MP3 videos. Sometimes when I drag a video from a file on my PC (which is running Windows 11) to the Skybox app running on my PC, it creates a thumbnail for the video in the Skybox file list. But sometimes it does not. What do I need to do to consistently get a thumbnail?

Hello, do you convert the MP3 files to MP4 format and add them to SKYBOX PC Client?

If the MP3 files do not have cover arts, you'll not get thumbnails when you add them to SKYBOX.

Thanks for getting back to me... sorry, I was mistaken... they are all .wmv files,, again, some of them get thumbnails, while some of them do not

Hello,

Can you get thumbnails in SKYBOX PC Client? If you can't see the thumbnails in SKYBOX PC Client, please delete and re-add the file to see if it works. Btw, please click SETTINGS to check the version number.

Besides, we hope you can open SKYBOX on your Quest, click Global Settings(the gear icon), click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner, and send us a bug report attached with logs. You just need to tick the "upload logs" box then send feedback.

It would be better if you can share with us a video that doesn't have thumbnail. We'd like to test the video to further investigate the issue.

Hi... I've been able get the thumbnails I need by means of getting a .jpg of the thumbnail I want and including the .jpg (with the exact same name as the video file) where I'm dragging the file into the Skybox app on the PC... this seems to work consistently.

Oh, do you mean custom thumbnails?

We're aware that custom thumbnails will not show up in AirScreen. We'll fix it in the future updates.
