Folders with alot of Files dont show up and gives errormessage.

I use Skybox with plex in my quest 2, PC is on and connected via cable to my router. My Files are on my external drives that are connected to my router. When are alot of files like 500 or more in the folder , and i want to acces the folder , skybox give me after 30 seconds an errormessage" that they couldnt find a path" after and dont show the files. When i choose Folders with less amount of files than everything works.Or when i split the folders in 2. can you help me to fix this? Is it a network Time problem? Is there a solution to have folders with more than 500 Files?

We hope you can click SKYBOX's Global Settings(the gear icon), click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner, and send us a bug report attached with logs. You just need to tick the "upload logs" box then send the feedback with the same email address.

After knowing what went wrong, we'll help you solve it ASAP.
