Hello,
Do you enable SMB file sharing on your computer?
If you create a Local account on your computer, please input your Local account username and password to access the shared folder.
If you use your Microsoft account to access the SMB shared folder, please input your Microsoft email address/the first name of your Microsoft account and the corresponding password.
