Hi, sorry for the inconvenience! Please press these three keys together: Option (or Alt), Command, Esc (Escape) to Force Quit from the Apple menu, then restart the app to see if it works.
Also, we hope you can share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the logs folder(Users/[Current User]/Library/Application Support/SKYBOX/logs). Once we know the causes of the issue, we'll try fixing it ASAP.
You can also delete the Users/[Current User]/Library/Application Support/SKYBOX folder to see if it helps.
To find the "SKYBOX" folder:
- Open Finder.
- Click "Go" on the menu bar, and select "Go to Folder…".
- Type "~/Library/Application Support/SKYBOX" and click Go.
