I tried running as admin, turned off Avast shield, it shows up in task manager, but nothing opens. Is their maybe an INI file from old build I can delete or something? Anybody have any idea why or how to fix this?

Please delete the SKYBOX folder(C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX) to see if it helps.
We also hope you can share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the logs folder(C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs). Logs will record some error messages that help us debug.

Lucy I have the same issue. It won't start now. I deleted the folder. No change. There is no logs folder either.
