Hello, I bought this app recently and unfortunately I'm finding a lot of problems. Mainly 2 types of issues:
Stuttering: Image and audio glitches, stutters and then the reproduction continues. Depending on the video file it happens more or less frequently, with some files it happens maybe once every few minutes, with other files it happens every single minute.

App freezing: Playing some video files the app completely freezes, sometimes when opening the file, sometimes in the middle of the reproduction. The app completely freezes, I press all buttons with no response, in fact, even quitting the app and opening it again doesn't solve the problem, the app continues to be frozen at the same screen, the only solution is restarting the headset.

I have noticed that these problems tend to happen with larger files, mostly 4k videos, .mkv extension files and so. It is worth mentioning that all these video files work with no issues in the computer though.
So, is there any solution for this? Because I bought this app for watching movies and almost 50% of them are unplayable, it is useless like this.
EDIT: Files are being played locally in the headset (Quest 2), no streaming.
