Hi, SKYBOX supports PGS subtitles. Please make sure you put the video file and external subtitle file(s) in the same folder and give those files the same file names (except for the file extension).
Do you play videos from Quest local storage, or stream videos from your computer to headset via SMB, DLNA or AirScreen? External subtitles might not show up when streaming videos via DLNA.
If the PGS subtitle doesn't show up when you play from headset internal storage or via SMB and AirScreen , we hope you can share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) the subtitle file and the Log folder (Quest 2\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log).
When you connect your Quest 2 to your computer through a cable, the "Quest 2" folder will appear on your computer.
